Tri Tool Technologies Partners with CMTA to Champion California Manufacturing

Sacramento, Calif. – Tri Tool, a leading provider of precision portable machine tools and custom engineering services, is proud to announce its sponsorship of the California Manufacturers & Technology Association’s (CMTA) “Manufacturing Minute” for the year 2024. This partnership highlights Tri Tool’s commitment to fostering growth and innovation within the manufacturing sector across California.
“Tri Tool Technologies enthusiastically supports CMTA’s voice as we work to change the narrative of the manufacturing industry and showcase the abundance of high-quality and high-paying jobs available in the sector,” said Ananda Rochita, Vice President of Communications, CMTA. “We look forward to this year-long partnership with our member Tri Tool for our bi-weekly Manufacturing Minute videos to highlight the innovative stories coming out of manufacturing.”
The “Manufacturing Minute” is a 60-second segment dedicated to highlighting the latest developments and advancements in manufacturing throughout the state. By supporting this initiative, Tri Tool aims to amplify the voices of manufacturers and promote the vital role they play in driving economic prosperity and job creation in California.
Christopher Belle, CEO of Tri Tool Technologies, expressed his enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating, “We are thrilled to partner with CMTA in advancing the interests of California’s manufacturing community. At Tri Tool, we recognize the importance of collective action in advocating for policies that spur industry growth and create opportunities for skilled workers.”
Belle’s involvement with CMTA dates to 2020, when he joined the organization’s board. His dedication to supporting manufacturing in California was further demonstrated through his testimony in front of the California Assembly in support of AB 52 last year.
CMTA has played an instrumental role in securing grant funding aimed at training individuals for careers in manufacturing. Belle emphasized the significance of such initiatives in addressing the industry’s evolving workforce needs and fostering a pipeline of skilled talent.
“I strongly encourage all manufacturers in California to join CMTA to ensure our voices are heard,” remarked Belle, underscoring the importance of unity and collaboration in shaping policies that drive competitiveness and growth within the state’s manufacturing sector.
Tri Tool’s sponsorship of the “Manufacturing Minute” supports its ongoing commitment to innovation, excellence, and community engagement within the manufacturing landscape of California. By aligning with CMTA’s mission, Tri Tool remains dedicated to advancing the interests of manufacturers and fostering a thriving industrial ecosystem in the Golden State.

About CMTA
The California Manufacturers & Technology Association has advocated for pro-growth laws and regulations before the California legislature and administrative agencies since 1918. The total output from manufacturing in California is $300 billion per year, roughly 10 percent of the total economic output of the state.
