However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on the NAI’s website.

As a nonprofit corporation, the Company is exempt from certain privacy regulations, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. However, the Company takes data privacy very seriously and is committed to implementing and complying with privacy best practices and will help our members, customers, and other individual users exercise their privacy rights as appropriate.

We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. The Website may amend this Privacy Policy and any other privacy documents at any time, and only the current documents and statement may be deemed effective. The current release date of this Privacy Policy will be displayed at the bottom of the final page of this policy.
