California's Champions of Manufacturing videos now available for syndication

July 31, 2014 Sacramento, CA -- Last month, the California Manufacturers & Technology Association (CMTA) launched its new Champions of Manufacturing program to put the spotlight on innovative California companies and their talented employees.

CMTA recognized its first seven Champion companies at an inaugural Summit in Sacramento. Each companies' efficient operations, innovative products and loyal employees showcase why manufacturing growth is so important to Californias future.

The videos of the companies, leadership and employee speeches and introductions by host Adam Carolla can be seen at the new Champions webpage. You can access each company's video specifically at the links below. You can also syndicate the video using the tools attached to each video.

"For too long California policymakers have perceived manufacturing as part of a 20th Century economic model that doesn't fit California's 21st Century business culture - that manufacturing shouldn't be our focus for growth," said CMTA President Jack Stewart. "But California manufacturing is the best in the world with clean facilities, innovative operations, and workers with tremendous skills and opportunities for advancement. We know that these amazing manufacturers are exactly what we need to fuel economic prosperity in California.

Since our launch last month, CMTA's Champions of Manufacturing program already has more than 20 economic development agencies, industrial groups, community colleges and others as partner groups. Over 400 individual executives, workers and students are early supporters of the campaign. Outreach to thousands more will grow the program in future months and years.

We are proud of our first seven companies. Stay tuned for future Manufacturing Champions announcements.
