CMTA Welcomes Two New Associate Members: Love Social Media & Power Inn Alliance

Apr 12, 2023

Sacramento, Calif. – The California Manufacturers and Technology Association (CMTA) announced today that Love Social Media and Power Inn Alliance joined the nonprofit organization as associate members.

I am thrilled to welcome two new associate members; Power Inn Alliance, a business improvement district and a key component to Sacramento’s manufacturing sector, and Love Social Media, a social media management company to CMTA,” said Lance Hastings, CEO & President of CMTA. “Love Social Media was recently named a Top Agency by Entreprenistas and has worked with several manufacturers to grow their brand awareness. Katie Love‘s team really does love social media, so you don’t have to.

Katie Love, CEO & Founder of Love Social Media

Love Social Media is a turnkey option for social media management. Katie Love started her thriving social media agency after spending years as a news reporter covering natural disasters, high-profile murder cases, and presidential elections. Love Social Media’s team has worked with over 200 businesses, a billion-dollar manufacturer like Unilever, and celebrity clients like Naomi Watts and Bethenny Frankel on their product launches.

We help manufacturers grow and connect with their audiences through a targeted strategy, content creation, paid advertising, and influencer management,” said Katie Love, Founder & CEO of Love Social Media. “Using data and consumer insights, we tailor our proven processes to your company to amplify your digital presence with quantifiable results. I am looking forward to connecting with the incredible CMTA community. I know that as a partner, we can support and amplify each company’s work on social media.

I am also excited to welcome property-based business improvement district, Power Inn Alliance, to our ranks of associate membership,” said Hastings. “Sacramento’s core of manufacturing is located in Power Inn, with over 62% of the city’s manufacturers in the 6.2-mile area, according to Power Inn Alliance. With our partnership, I look forward to the collaboration of Sacramento’s manufacturers with CMTA to help create prosperous economic growth for the city and state.

Power Inn Alliance was created in 2006 and represents the district for Power Inn, the southeastern quadrant of Sacramento. The district is home to over 1,500 businesses, which produces over 28,700 direct jobs with a $3.8 billion annual economic output. Power Inn Alliance aids businesses within the district by advocating for manufacturers and partnering with the City of Sacramento to support public safety within the district.

My vision for the organization is to elevate the Power Inn Alliance to be recognized in the greater Sacramento region as a thriving business district. Not just as a prime location for manufacturers, but also for the organization to be viewed as a civic leader that participates in regional discussions about issues that affect our economy,” said Rachael Brown, Executive Director for Power Inn Alliance. “I hope to build up the Power Inn Alliance’s reputation so that we are known for supporting our businesses and the broader community to create a healthy economy for businesses and residents.
