CMTA's Annual Membership Meeting & Legislative Day Postponed

By CMTA Staff

Capitol Update, March 12, 2020

CMTA’s Annual Meeting, Board Meeting and Legislative Day events, all on March 17 in Sacramento, were designed and intended to deliver you a package of Association information, California policy impact discussions, networking opportunities and a host of critical speakers.

However, after much discussion and consideration about California’s ongoing precautions to contain the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we have decided to postpone CMTA’s Annual Membership Meeting and Legislative Day events schedule for March 17, 2020. We have also redirected the Board Meeting to CMTA Offices and/or conference call to accommodate those unable to travel.

We will notify you soon regarding the new date for the Annual Membership Meeting and Legislative Day.

Thank you for your time and patience, and for your commitment to CMTA.

If you had RSVP’d to attend, it would be helpful for us if you could email groyer@cmta.net to let us know you received it so we know you are aware of the postponement.

ADDITIONAL REQUEST: We are also being asked by many State Government agencies and the media about the impacts on manufacturing operations from the coronavirus spread and the precautions being taken. Please send Gino DiCaro at gdicaro@cmta.net any information that will help us in our efforts to represent the needs of the manufacturing community during this crisis. Your company’s name will NEVER be used in any of our communications and the information will only be used anonymously and in the aggregate.
